Our bottles contain permanent oxidative color with p-phenylenediamine, resorcinol, m-aminophenol, ethanolamine, and hydrogen peroxide. Anyone using these shades must perform a skin test 48 hours before coloring hair to check for personal sensitivity.
Retail contracts and order handling
A contract of sale is made exclusively with the retail merchant that processes payment and delivers the order. We blend the formulas and define the shade range, but we do not process transactions, pack boxes, manage parcel delivery, or issue refunds. Any questions about purchasing, order status, or returns belong directly to the seller of record.
Packaging changes and listing updates
Printed details on the physical bottle in your hand take precedence over text published on this website. Formulation updates, container designs, and retail descriptions change over time across 400 ml and 500 ml bottles. The ingredient list and safety warnings printed on the box you receive remain the single authoritative standard for that specific unit.
Application risks and brand limits
Responsibility for applying the dye at a home sink remains entirely with the person performing the color treatment. We cannot promise specific shade results or total absence of skin reactions on individual hair types. MEIDU accepts no liability for misuse, uneven dye uptake, stained surfaces, or failure to follow the mandatory patch testing procedure.
